It was a long day for racing fans yesterday. Only 15 laps into the Daytona 500 there was a giant wreck, taking out nearly half of the cars, and then there was a 5.5-hour rain delay. Michael McDowell may have won the race after a crash on the final lap took out the race leaders, but the real winner might have been drivers, Ross Chastain and Chase Briscoe. During the rain delay, the two hit the Panda Express and McDonald’s drive-thru in their full race gear. THE ULTIMATE PIT STOP

The daughter of the Tiffany silversmith who designed the Lombardi Trophy, the trophy given to the Super Bowl winner, wants an apology from Tom Brady. A video surfaced of Brady tossing the trophy between boats during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL - National Football League) celebratory boat parade. The trophy made it just fine from point A to point B, but in a statement, Lorraine Groh said she “'didn’t sleep for the past two nights” after seeing the video and demands an apology for “insulting her family’s legacy.” THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMM

Remember the Super Bowl streaker? Well turns out he’s as good at keeping his mouth shut as he is keeping his pants on. Yuri Andrade bet $50,000 that there would be a streaker during the Super Bowl. Well, he took matters into his own hands and was the streaker you saw in a bathing suit at the game. Andrade told everyone about his conquest and now he won’t cash in his $374,000 in winnings. BUSTED

It’s a big week for baseball as pitchers and catchers (MLB - Major League Baseball) report for spring training on Wednesday. It was a last-minute agreement between the league and the Players Association that allowed the season to move forward on schedule but regardless, there will be baseball and the season will start on April 1.
