On the women's side, Aliyah Boston and her South Carolina Gamecocks are defending champions. Boston is tapping into the Name, Image, Likeness deals, signing a contract with Orangetheory complete with her own workout that you can try. BRING IT ON

Before We Go

Last week was the best week ever for Philadelphia sports fans. This week, not so much. The Phillies lost in the World Series (MLB - Major League Baseball) to the Houston Astros. Veteran player Justin Verlander won his second World Series ring, and longtime manager Dusty Baker took home his first World Series ring as a coach. (Baker won a title as a player).

Also on Saturday, the Philadelphia Union lost in the MLS (Major League Soccer) Championship to LAFC (Los Angeles Football Club) in a shootout. It was the first championship for LAFC. THERE'S ALWAYS NEXT YEAR
