Ingredients:
8 jalapeño peppers
1 cup of cream cheese
1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican cheese mix)
4 slices of bacon or turkey bacon cooked and chopped
Garlic salt to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Slice jalapeño peppers in half down the center and hollow out inside. Place on baking sheet.
In a small bowl - mix the cream cheese, bacon, garlic salt and cheese.
With a spoon, fill hollowed peppers with cream cheese filling
Top with additional shredded cheese.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until peppers soften
