Tennis
The saying is “you’re your own worst enemy” and that rang true to the world’s No. 1 tennis player, Novak Djokovic in the U.S. Open yesterday. Amidst his frustration during a match, he hit a line judge in a throat with a ball. While everyone agreed the move was unintentional, it still violated the rules and Djokovic was expelled from the tournament. It’s the first time in 16 years that none of the big three - Djokovic, Rafael Nadal or Roger Federer - have been in the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam tournament. (The U.S. Open is one of the four Grand Slam tournaments in tennis). A NEW CHAMPION AWAITS

His sister was born with microdeletion syndrome, which causes mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, and has made it a goal to support her and Special Olympics athletes however he can. GREATER PURPOSE
