Arguably the biggest name in WNBA history, Sue Bird, wrapped up her regular-season career at home with the Seattle Storm yesterday in front of the largest crowd in Climate Pledge Arena history. The city of Seattle declared yesterday "Sue Bird Day." The ordinarily stoic Bird was moved to tears during an emotional tribute video featuring a litany of celebrities, including fiancée Megan Rapinoe, LeBron James, Chloe Kim and former athletes turned TV personalities Robin Roberts and Michael Strahan to name a few.
