NBA (NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION)
Christmas Day is traditionally a day where the NBA commands the TV time. Assuming COVID doesn't rear its ugly head between now and then, there will be five games played with all teams wearing special unis for the honor of playing on Christmas Day. ONLY THE BEST

Academics finally matter in college football.
The NFL is serving up the perfect present for any football fan, a Christmas Day doubleheader.
Iowa offensive lineman Tyler Linderbaum donated $30,000 from his NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) earnings to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
Why Kevin Durant decided to bash an eighth grader's on-the-court moves on Twitter is baffling.
Before We Go
With COVID cases in the NFL surging, the Cincinnati Bengals have been seemingly unaffected. Why? Well, according to their rookie quarterback Joe Burrow it's because "there's not a ton to do in Cincinnati." Surely, the Chamber of Commerce was thrilled about that statement. College Football
Hold onto your hats; college football bowl game season starts today. What does that mean? Well, there are going to be a lot of football games on. Besides the two playoff games on New Year's Eve, who wins doesn't move the needle. That being said, consider this the closest thing to March Madness but in December.
Our favorite part? Listening to the announcers say the odd bowl game names repeatedly like the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl.
Here's how to survive bowl game season when the only bowl you care about holds your cereal. READ

Before We Go
This weekend, Tiger Woods returns to the golf course to golf alongside his 12-year-old son, Charlie, in the PNC Championship. This marks Tiger's first time to play in a tournament since his horrific car accident in February. Charlie, who is not surprisingly a good golfer, has adopted a few of his dad's mannerisms, including his affinity for trash talk. APPLE DOESN'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE

Michael Strahan to space, who will strike the famous Heisman pose Saturday, the fight for the F1 title and this week's Tailgate Treat.
This weekend is full of tradition and excitement, and while yes, we're talking about ugly sweaters and holiday parties, we're also talking about sports.
Something for everyone,
The Last Night's Game Team
College Football
The only college football game taking place this weekend is the Army-Navy game. The teams always roll out unique uniforms for this game, and this year in their 122nd meeting they did not disappoint. The Army Cadets already lost before the game started by kidnapping the wrong Navy goat mascot. RIVALRY OF RESPECT
Short and Sweet
After a delayed launch, Michael Strahan will soar into space tomorrow.
Sunday is the last race of the F1 (Formula One) season, and it's going to be spicy. With Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen tied going into this race, this weekend's race winner will claim the title of champion.
The Portland Timbers and New York City FC play for the MLS (Major League Soccer) Championship on Saturday, but the students are the real winners.
Before We Go
Saturday night, while you're trying out your Heisman pose on the dance floor, the Heisman Trophy will be awarded to the best player in college football. The finalists are:
Alabama quarterback Bryce Young
Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson
Pittsburgh quarterback Kenny Pickett
Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud
Only one defensive player, Charles Woodson, who also went to Michigan, has ever won the Heisman. The odds have Alabama's Young as the favorite.
