At least you have something good to talk about,

Women’s College World Series

What's everyone doing this weekend? Watching the Women's College World Series (WCWS), of course. In 2021, the WCWS outperformed the Men's College World Series in viewership by 60 percent, so expectations for this year's tournament are high. The eight best schools in the country are vying for a spot in the finals on June 8. Keep an eye on Oklahoma, which has absolutely dominated the scene this year. Then there's UCLA. UCLA boasts the most national championships of any university and is home to Maya Brady, niece of quarterback Tom Brady. TALENTED

Before We Go

Things are heating up at the French Open (tennis) ahead of this weekend's finals. The No. 1 player in the world, Iga Swiatek (Poland), is one win away from tying the win-streak record set by Venus Williams with 35 wins. She will face off against American Coco Gauff (No. 18), who just graduated high school last week. Yesterday after her win, Gauff used her platform for good, writing "Peace. End Gun Violence." on a camera lens. The two will play on Saturday morning. RISE AND SHINE

Sunday's men's final will feature the winner of today's matches between Alexander Zverev (No. 3) - Rafael Nadal (No. 5), and Casper Rudd (No. 8) - Marin Čilić (No. 20). GAME ON
