Ingredients
A 6 lb watermelon, cleaned
4 lemons
Instructions
Half your watermelon and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Process until smooth and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
After juicing the lemons, add the juice to the watermelon juice and a generous amount of ice cubes to a large pitcher.
Serve by adding a few slices of lemon and mint.
Should you want to make this a cocktail, add your favorite spirits.
