What can’t Simone Biles do, who lost their man card and why Erin Andrews is living the dream?

U.S.A. Gymnastics

Simone Biles is at it again. This weekend, she once again impressed the world by pulling off two groundbreaking moves at the world championships. One of two moves, the triple double during her floor routine that involves a double backflip with three twists, will now officially be named the “Biles II.” In order to have a move named after a gymnast, they must do the element in either the world championships or the Olympics. SHE MAKES IT LOOK SO EASY

Overtime

NFL (National Football League) reporter Erin Andrews is doing something she’s always wanted to do, create her own clothing line. Her motivation to conquer her dream came after being diagnosed with cervical cancer and undergoing successful surgery in 2016. Her new line features wardrobe staples for the female fan that represent all 32 NFL teams. REALIZING A DREAM

Former NFL quarterback turned minor league baseball player Tim Tebow may be the epitome of fitness but he was no match for the inmates in a Texas prison. The athlete, who was visiting the prison to speak about religion, lost a push-up competition to an inmate who dominated Tebow by pounding out 84 push-ups to Tebow’s 71. FIRE UP THE TESTOSTERONE

Coaches’ corner

It’s no longer unusual to have a tweet change the course of an organization and the Houston Rockets (NBA – National Basketball Association) found that out the hard way. The Rockets general manager tweeted a message out in support of the Hong Kong protesters. Well, China’s official basketball association, led by hall of famer and Rockets’ legend Yao Ming, didn’t like that and said that it will suspend cooperation with the team because of it.  280 CHARACTER DEMISE

What to watch

Pittsburgh Steelers’ (NFL) quarterback Mason Rudolph took a vicious hit to the head during Sunday’s game. To add insult to injury, the cart taking him off the field broke down. YOU HAD ONE JOB

Ready Or Not

The playoffs are everywhere, why that’ll teach you to flip the bird and the fastest woman in the world is back.

Knock knock.

Who’s there?

Monday.

No one’s home.

Now go away,

MLB (Major League Baseball)

If you’ve been waiting for exciting baseball, now is the time. The regular season came to a close on Sunday, which means it’s time for wild card baseball. Two teams from each of the two leagues that were on the verge of making the playoffs, will play each other in a winner takes all game for a spot in the postseason. The teams will leave it all on the diamond when they face off Tuesday (Milwaukee Brewers at Washington Nationals) and Wednesday (Tampa Bay Rays at Oakland A's) night. HOLD ON TO YOUR HELMETS

Hopefully actress Gabrielle Union has a high limit on her credit card because she’s about to go broke from tacos. The actress was the guest picker on ESPN “College GameDay” on Saturday and while her jersey was a winner, her team wasn’t. Her team, Nebraska, played LeBron James’ team, Ohio State, and Taco Tuesday was the bet. Ohio State pummeled Nebraska. LET’S TACO BOUT IT

Runner Allyson Felix proved to the world that she’s one tough mother. In yesterday’s World Championships, she won her first gold medal since her daughter was born via an emergency C-section in November. That World Championship win was the 12th of her career and with it, she surpassed Usain Bolt for the most gold medals in world championships history. OLYMPICS OR BUST

Coaches’ corner

Tempers flared on the track as the first round of the NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing) playoffs came to an end yesterday. Alex Bowman was on the verge of elimination, but miraculously came back from a rough start to move on to the next round. But Bubba Wallace was not happy with Bowman, who crashed into him during beginning of the race. Wallace proceeded to flip Bowman off numerous times during the race and Bowman grew tired of it. So, he crashed into him again and took Wallace out of the race. (Wallace is not in contention for the title). LOOK AT THE BIRDIE

What to watch

After a not so pretty win, Kansas City Chiefs’ (NFL – National Football League) head coach Andy Reid tried to give his team an inspirational postgame speech. He told them that “not all of Mozart’s paintings were perfect.” PROBABLY TRUE

The Cream Of The Crop

How soccer is driving social change, why Nashville ran out of booze and who’s headed for the big screen.

May your week be as “ridiculous” as the “Fleabag” wins at last night’s Emmy Awards.

Rising to the top,

The Last Night’s Game Team

NFL (National Football League)

The New York Giants benched their longtime quarterback Eli Manning after a rough start to the season. (Let’s be honest a rough few seasons). Using the pressure to his advantage, rookie Daniel Jones stepped into the role and led his team in an incredible comeback win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. TIME TO CHANGE GUARDS?

Also, simply because people will be talking about it, you should know that Antonio Brown declared via social media that he’ll never play in the NFL again.

Overtime

Nashville was no match for LSU (Louisiana State University) fans this weekend. The team played Vanderbilt at home in Nashville and not only were there easily more Tiger fans in attendance at the game but they were there to party. One bar ran out of vodka 40 minutes after it opened, thanks to the visiting team’s fans. (LSU also dominated Vanderbilt in the game). BREAKFAST WITH UNCLE TITO

Soccer is driving change in Iran. Shortly after a female soccer fan died after setting herself on fire to protest not being allowed to attend a men’s soccer game, FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) demanded that women be allowed to attend the upcoming World Cup qualifier in Iran. After a 40-year ban, Iran has assured the global soccer governing body that women will be allowed to attend the game in October. A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Coaches’ corner

Halftime at this weekend’s Clemson college football game looked a little different than usual. During halftime, actors dressed in Clemson gear took the field to film scenes for an upcoming Disney movie about Ray McElrathbey. McElrathbey is a former Clemson player who gained custody of his 11-year old brother after their mom went to rehab for drug addiction. He was able to raise his brother, go to school and play football all thanks to the Clemson community. IT TAKES A VILLAGE

What to watch

After a long, storied career, the New York Yankees (MLB – Major League Baseball) pitcher CC Sabathia is hanging up his cleats. The team paid tribute to his great career in a touching pregame ceremony complete with a tribute video and a gift of a trip to Japan. Sabathia will try to go out on top as he leads his team into the playoffs. The Yankees won their division for the first time since 2012. KONNICHIWA RETIREMENT
